Hey!

René here.

Google Lens in Chrome 👀

Google Lens just landed in Chrome, and it's about to become your new best friend for content creation.

Think of it as giving your browser a pair of AI-powered eyes that can understand anything on your screen – from complex diagrams to mysterious error messages.

Quick Setup Guide:

  1. Update Chrome to the latest version

  2. Look for the Google Lens icon in your toolbar (or find it under the 3-dots menu → "Search with Google Lens")

  3. If it’s not there yet, head over to your Chrome flags page at https://chrome://flags and search for “Lens overlay” or “#enable-lens-overlay”

Pro Tips for Content Creators:

  • Use it to quickly analyze competitors' infographics and get inspiration

  • Extract text from any image without typing

  • Get instant explanations for technical concepts you encounter

  • Research visual content faster by finding similar images and sources

The Magic Move 🪄

After clicking the Lens icon, just drag your cursor over any area of your screen. Boom – instant analysis!

You can ask follow-up questions about anything you've selected.

You can also use this for quick research when creating social media carousels.

Select a complex topic, let Lens explain it, and transform the explanation into digestible content for your audience.

Keep creating awesome stuff!

René
