How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

🎥 Veo 3 in Google Photos

Google Photos now has the Veo 3 video tool. This lets you make short, moving clips from still photos.

Key points:

  • From photo to video: Choose “Subtle movement” or “I’m feeling lucky” to add motion.

  • Better quality: Veo 3 makes videos sharper and smoother than Veo 2.

  • More tools: The new Create tab also has Remix (comic, anime, 3D), Collages, Cinematic photos, Highlight videos, and GIF loops.

  • Who gets it: Free users have daily limits. Pro and Ultra subscribers get more and faster results.

  • Where: Rolling out in the U.S. first, with more countries coming soon.

This update makes your photos feel more alive.

👨‍💻 AI Mode Adds 5 Languages

Google’s AI Mode can now understand and reply in Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese.

What’s new:

  • You can ask questions directly in these languages.

  • Answers will fit better with local culture and style.

  • The upgrade makes answers more clear and accurate.

  • This is part of a global rollout so more people can use AI Mode.

With this change, millions more users can use Google’s AI in their own language.

Google is clearly pushing AI into everyday life: one feature brings your photos to life, the other breaks language barriers.

Btw you gotta see this!👇️

All the best,

René
