• Scrolled through Reddit and Discord for "How do I...?" questions

• Checked Twitter replies and comments

• Analyzed my DMs for recurring problems

Step 4: Make It So Good People Would Pay

I asked myself: "Would someone actually pay for this content?"

Then I added:

• Practical examples for different industries

• Bookmark-worthy tips they could use immediately

Step 5: Automate the Delivery

Set up automated email delivery either for a 5-day email course with 5 emails + 1 welcome email.

Or do 5 emails every 2 days. Totally up to you.
