The AI your stack deployed is losing customers.
You shipped it. It works. Tickets are resolving. So why are customers leaving?
Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report uncovered a gap that most CIOs don't see until it's too late: 88% of customers get their issues resolved through AI — but only 22% prefer that company afterward. Resolution without loyalty is just churn on a delay.
The difference isn't the model. It's the architecture. How AI is integrated into the customer journey, what it hands off and when, and whether the system is designed to build relationships or just close tickets.
Download the report to see what consumers actually expect from AI-powered service — and what the data says about the platforms getting it right.
If you're responsible for the infrastructure, you're responsible for the outcome.
Hey!
You've probably thought about starting your own business.
But here is what stops most people.
They think they need investors, a perfect plan, or a huge team.
That is not how freedom works. Real entrepreneurs build differently.
Let me show you the 8 ways to do it right. But first, let’s have a quick look at this week’s news👇

How to Build Real Freedom

P.S. This image was created with ViralSky.ai. Just describe what you want, and it generates the image in seconds🙌
1/ Start Simple
Forget fancy websites and expensive setups.
Start with a one-page site or just use your LinkedIn profile. That's it.
You don't need perfection. You need to start.
2/ Bootstrap Everything
Don't look for funding. Bootstrap your business instead. Very important.
You want ownership, not a new boss.
Do consulting on the side. Build multiple income streams to pay bills while you grow. That's what I and many others did.
So many people give up because of money. Don't let that be you.
3/ Wear Every Hat First
In the early days before you get traction, learn everything about your business.
Then build systems and playbooks. Outsource. Delegate. Hire people who can help you deliver.
This way you'll know exactly what skills you need when it's time to hire.
Payroll errors cost more than you think
While many businesses are solving problems at lightspeed, their payroll systems seem to stay stuck in the past. Deel's free Payroll Toolkit shows you what's actually changing in payroll this year, which problems hit first, and how to fix them before they cost you. Because new compliance rules, AI automation, and multi-country remote teams are all colliding at once.
Check out the free Deel Payroll Toolkit today and get a step-by-step roadmap to modernize operations, reduce manual work, and build a payroll strategy that scales with confidence.
4/ Do Things That Don't Scale
This is how you stand out in a world where people automate everything.
Being human is your strength. Build that first.
Then look for ways to automate and scale.
5/ Talk To Customers Constantly
Ask for feedback from day one. Talk to them. Find out what they care about. What keeps them up at night.
Find a way to solve it.
Never stop talking to your clients.
6/ Work With Good People
Don't work with jerks. It's not worth it.
Find people who share your values and operate with integrity.
7/ Build Your Personal Brand First
Before you publicly announce your business, build massive traffic, authority, thought leadership and demand through your personal brand.
This is how you build a business today.
Start before it gets too crowded.
You don't need a big budget to build revenue. You don't need a big team either.
What you need is to find ways to grab attention for your business.
This is why I created Facebook Influencer Blueprint that shows you how I grew from 0 to 100K followers (now I am not 300K+).
8/ Start Selling Immediately
Don't wait until things are perfect.
Sell your vision. Ask for feedback. Improve and iterate forward.
Generate revenue as soon as you can.
There's no way around it: your business success depends on how good you are at selling.
Cash flow is king and always will be.
Here's What Most People Get Wrong
They wait for perfect conditions.
They look for investors before they have customers.
They build in secret instead of selling publicly.
Real freedom is owning 100% of something that pays your bills.
So start messy. Stay scrappy. Sell early.
